By using EloLink (the “Service”) — including the Discord bot and the web dashboard — you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
EloLink links your FACEIT gaming account to your Discord account and automatically assigns Discord roles based on your FACEIT CS2 skill level. All core functionality is provided free of charge.
All functionality is free. Every functional capability of the Service — linking, level role assignment, hourly refresh, leaderboards, LFG voice, the /stats, /update, /profile, /unlink commands, and the web dashboard — is and will remain free of charge, with no usage limits, no subscriptions and no feature gates.
Optional cosmetic add-ons may be paid. The Service may offer optional cosmetic / display-layer customization (for example: custom embed themes, leaderboard skins, animated panel designs, and similar visual styling) that may require a one-time or recurring fee. Such fees, if introduced, apply only to visual customization of how the Service is displayed — never to the underlying functionality. You are never required to pay anything to use EloLink.
The only other financial activity associated with EloLink is an optional voluntary donation link available at faceitelolink.com/dashboard to help cover server costs. Donations are never required and grant no additional access.
EloLink is not responsible for any financial loss resulting from payments made to individuals or entities falsely claiming to represent EloLink. Any fee for non-cosmetic functionality is fraud — if someone asks you to pay for core EloLink features, they are not affiliated with us.

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service, in compliance with Discord’s Terms of Service. By using EloLink, you confirm you meet this requirement.
By linking your FACEIT account, you grant EloLink a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use your linked data — including your FACEIT nickname, skill level, ELO, country, and match statistics — for the purposes of operating the Service, displaying public leaderboards, and promoting EloLink across any channel or platform. This license remains active as long as your account is linked and is revoked upon unlinking.
Any idea, suggestion, feature request, or feedback submitted in EloLink’s official Discord server or through any other official channel is automatically assigned to EloLink. EloLink may implement, modify, or use such contributions in any way without obligation to provide credit or compensation.
EloLink may feature users’ FACEIT nicknames, skill levels, and statistics in public leaderboards, social media posts, or other promotional materials. By using the Service, you consent to this use. You may opt out at any time by using /unlink.
EloLink is provided “as is” without any uptime guarantees. We may suspend, limit, or discontinue the Service at any time without prior notice.
You may unlink your account at any time using /unlink. EloLink reserves the right to permanently delete any user’s data, remove them from the Service, and block their access to account linking at any time, for any reason or no reason, without prior notice and without any obligation to provide an explanation.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, EloLink is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. We are not affiliated with Discord Inc. or FACEIT Ltd.
EloLink interacts with Discord (discord.com) and FACEIT (faceit.com). Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
